What is Claude for Business?
Claude for Business is Anthropic's Claude — the AI assistant — deployed across a whole company instead of used ad hoc by a few people. In practice it means a managed rollout: a shared workspace, your knowledge and SOPs connected, integrations into the tools you already use, security guardrails, and a team trained to actually use it.

What's the difference between Claude and Claude Code?
Claude is the general assistant your whole team uses for writing, analysis, and answering from your documents. Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool that works in the terminal and codebase. Most companies start with Claude for the business and add Claude Code for the technical and ops work — our mini course covers Claude Code for non-developers.
Is Claude safe for company data?
Yes, set up correctly. On Claude's Team and Enterprise tiers, Anthropic doesn't train on your business data, and a managed deployment keeps company information inside controlled access with a clear policy. Most real-world risk comes from staff using unmanaged personal accounts — which a proper rollout removes.
Why Claude instead of ChatGPT or Gemini?
It's not all-or-nothing — we match the model to the work. Claude is our default for long-document reasoning, careful writing in your voice, and agentic tasks, which is why much of our business deployment work centers on it. If a workflow is better served by another model, we'll tell you.
