Thinh designs and builds the agents, workflow automations, and AI-integrated systems that allow businesses to run work that previously required a full-time team. He has led end-to-end development of enterprise AI applications across industries, delivering systems that reduce manual overhead, eliminate repetitive work, and compound over time.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and is a Claude Certified Architect. Before specializing in AI implementation, Thinh spent years in business operations, founding and running a media company and later working in business intelligence and management reporting.
