Four phases. One destination.
What you actually get from Phos.

Every Phos engagement moves through the same four phases.
Where you start depends on your readiness.

PHASE 2

Training

This is not a workshop.

You bought the tools. Maybe you even rolled them out company-wide. But half your team isn't using them. The other half is using them in ways nobody's tracking, with no consistency and no guardrails.

The gap isn't access. Your people have the AI. The gap is that nobody showed them how it fits their actual work. Not a generic demo. Not a YouTube tutorial. Their work. Their role. Their decisions.

That's the gap most companies ignore until it costs them.

Start now

Your team has the tools. They just don't know what to do with them yet.

  1. Starts with the work, not the software.

We don't teach your team “how to use AI.” We sit with them, look at what they do every day, and show them exactly where AI fits. The training is built around their actual job, not a slide deck.

  2. No one gets left behind.

Anyone who can do their job can do this. We don't assume technical skills. We don't rush. Every session is built so people walk out confident, not confused.

  3. A playbook they keep forever.

Every person gets a written guide built around their specific role. Where AI helps, where it doesn't, and how to tell the difference. That guide stays with them long after the training is over.

Start now

How it works.
Four to six weeks. Role by role, department by department.

  1. We watch your team work.

Before we train anyone, we observe. We sit with each department and study how they actually get things done, not how it looks on a process doc.

  2. We build the training around what we find.

Every session is built for a specific role. Sales gets a different training than operations. Customer support gets a different training than finance. No generic slides.

  3. We deliver playbooks, not just sessions.

Every person walks away with a written guide for their role. Where AI fits, where it doesn't, and how to tell the difference. The training ends. The playbook stays.

This is for you if:

  • You bought AI tools and half your team isn't using them
  • Adoption is uneven and nobody's sure who's doing what
  • You want your team confident with AI, not just aware of it

This is not for you if:

  • You want a single workshop for the whole company
  • You're looking for a course your team watches on their own time
  • Your team doesn't have access to any AI tools yet (start with Phase 1)

FAQs

We already did an AI training. Why is this different?
Most trainings teach people what a tool can do. This one figures out where AI fits each person's actual job. We sit with every role and build it around the work they do every day. Your team walks out knowing what to use, when to use it, and when to trust their own judgment instead.
What if half my team is already using AI and the other half isn't?
That's the most common situation we walk into. The confident half usually has gaps they don't know about. The hesitant half usually just needs someone to show them where it fits their specific work. We meet every person where they are, not where you wish they were.
Does this disrupt our team's normal schedule?
No. Sessions happen inside the normal working week, built around your team's availability. We're not pulling people out of their jobs for a week. We fit into how they already work.
Can we start with one department and expand later?
Yes. A lot of companies start with one team to prove the value, then roll it out across the company. We'll structure it so the first round gives you clear results you can point to when you expand.
What does Training cost?
Most engagements start at $10K. It depends on how many people we work with and how many departments we cover. We'll give you a specific number once we know the size of the operation.

The fastest way to know whether we're the right fit, is a conversation.
